t :. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 4 S ~ S'/ <br />eY <br />AN ORDINANCE A NORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231_5_36 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR SANITARY SE'~+VER <br />LATE RALS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />. construction of sanitary weer laterals <br />WHEREAS, Herbert andAl.freda wood <br />have paid the sum of of 23365 liarion Avenue <br />$61l~.08 in payment of said special assessments, In adVMC4~ <br />for the tax years 1966 through ly 8!~ inclusive, together with accrued lnt~e~t <br />levied thereon against Per~~ianent Parcel No.231_5-36 in the Cit of <br />Olmsted. Y North <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Norte <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1966 through 19 81~ inclusive <br />assessments in full for,sanita ry sewer construction <br />Section 2; That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />Is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1966 through 198 inclusive, amounting to <br />= 611.08 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forMard <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohiq. <br />® Section <br />4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to b• an <br />eaN~rgency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />Of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />I'1o• X31-5-36 for sanitary sewer construction. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise,~t the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASS E0: 19 ~ 9 S <br />Francis J.
