4 ( __ -.___.__. <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0, 6.~-~,5~ <br />SY ~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 235_11_33 to 35 <br />B E I NG AN ASSESSMENT FOR STORb, SErrER <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of th• <br />Clty of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a storm sewe r <br />WHEREAS, Henry and Thelma Johnson <br />have paid the sum of $ 79.55 in avment of of 5139 decker Road <br />for the tax years 1966 ,~~~~~,,~~~~~~ said special assessments, in adv~nc~, <br />(avied thereon against Per,nanEnt Par~el~Non235s11e~3ttoe,~her with accruasl Intaryt <br />Olmsted. - _5 in the City of North <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hardy <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1966 <br />assessments in full for, storm sewer '~~~~~~~~~~~ inclusiva <br />Section 2; That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmstad <br />Is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1966 ily(-~~~f~r~~~'~~ ~ i nc l us i ve, amounting to <br />= 79.55 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinari`de is hereby declared to be an <br />anrergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of thenecessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />~• 235-11-33 to 35 for stoma sewer construction <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, t the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />f'~-Q.r.t Cc~ <br />Francis J.
