CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORD I NANO E N0. 6~s~ aS~ f <br />BY <br />Q~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO 235-11-33 to 35 <br />• BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS ANO <br />SPECIFICATfONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special as~ssments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />s <br />WHEREAS, rienry and Thelma Johnson °f ~1~39 Decker hood <br />have paid the sum of f 73,tJ8 in payment of said specie assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 ~ through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 2~5-11-33 to 35 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />.. <br />Section I: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 66 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: <br />is hereby authorized <br />for the period 19 56 <br />said parcel. <br />That the Director of Finance of the City of North OlrASt~d <br />and directed to receive payments in advance on such a::aatsa»nt• <br />through 1979, inclusive, amounting to s '3,08 on <br /> <br />e <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohlo. <br />~1 <br />Section 4; Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City `of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No.235-11-33t <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />PASSED: S <br />Section 5; WhereFore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at t~ a earliest period allowed by law. <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T. t Clerk of Council <br />APPROY ED: Q ~. o~ / ~ L S~ <br />R ph Christman, Mayor <br />0 <br />~1 A.~1, L C,~..-~ <br />Francis J.
