~ _ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEO <br />ORDINANCE N0, G~s' a.Si.~ <br />eY , <br />AN ORDINANCE NORItING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL NO. 235-11-33 to 35 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR t'AVING <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />Ctty of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />CONSTRUCTION OF rAVINU <br />WHEREAS, )f~enry and Thelma Johnson of 539 pecker Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 2d0.lr0 in payment of said special assessments, in adYa~cs, <br />for the tax years 19 66 through 19 ~~ inclusive, together with accrued intere`t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Par~.el No. 235_11-33to3S in the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />u <br />U <br />C] <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 6d <br />assessments in full for, construction of ~avin~ <br />County be and he is hereby <br />through 19 68 inclusive <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 1966 through 1968 inclusive, amounting to <br />= 260.l~0 on said parcel . <br />Section 3: That the Cterk of Council is hereby directed to forwre~d <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-11-33 to 35 for construction of paving <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />f <br />ATTEST: <br />G:~~ ot-OJ ~ 9~i S •- <br />e ~ ~~ <br />Francis J.
