<br />W1~EREAS, Council has since been advised that Bauer
<br />Development, Ir~c. also has an irterest in '.he land tc.~ which the easement
<br />is granted; and

<br />permanent easements for the installation and maintenance 0f sanitary'
<br />sewers and part of which shall be temporary easements for construction
<br />purposes, all of which easements are described i-: detail by metes and
