N0. 232-21-17 <br />BE1N6 AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS ANa <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Flna~s <br />director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga Cou+ttr <br />for th• preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, idartha Y Conly of l~175 Dover Center ~d <br />have paid the sum of ~, 87;0$ in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 1966 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 232-21-17 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hsrMrY <br />authorised and directed to cancel for the years 19 66 through 1979, incllve <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />• Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olagtt~d <br />Is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assas~rrts <br />for the period 19 6v through 1979, inclusive, amounting to ~ 87.08 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Cierk of Council is hereby directed to forrtar. <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of EM1io. <br />• Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be sn <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue O! <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcai !b. 232-21-17 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect imnediatsty from <br />•nd after its ~pass~age, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by isw. <br />PASSED: (7.~' ~ ~ S , ~ q (o (~ <br />ATTEST: <br />.~ ~ <br />~rL G] <br />Margaret vest , C erk o Council Francis J.
