GS " L ~-+~' <br />BY ~ ' <br />AN ORDINANCE AU RIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-1-7a <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR C01\;SThUG`I'~CN CF A <br />SAi~ITAFtY SEWER AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />Clty of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the cons t;r~.~~ion <br />of a sanit,ar~~ sewer <br />• <br />WHEREAS, ~?in~.~rose and ~;f;arlotte :aL~ert,~~~ of ~ ~~~ <br />have paid the sum of _ a .~ ~ Luc~dale <br />for the tax ears I ~$ ~ 11.x.0,. 'n Pay~~~Fnt of said special assessments, in advance, <br />Y ~,; through l~ .u inclusive, together with accrued ~nt~r~t <br />levied thereon against Per,nanEnt Par~:e1 No. ?37_1_!j, <br />Olmsted. - in the Clty of North <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />• Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 ~~-~ throw h 1 1, <br />assessments in full for, co,~ tr,~^ty,,r, ~ ,_ 9 9 ~' inclusive <br />a sa ~~i ~~~ rj- sewer <br />. Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />Is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period 19~C through 19 8~ inclusive, amounting to <br />$ b11~,08on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4; Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 235-1._?1; for constr;;ction c;f <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passage, otherwise, at [he earliest period allowed by law. <br />1 <br />PASS E0: <br />Francis J.
