Comply with the Building Code, the Fire Zane, the Zoning Ordinance and all other applicable ordinances and laws upon relocating the building ire the City. (7} Pay. Expense of Officer. Section 8; Enforcement. (1} Enforcing Officers. The Building Comrrissoner, the Poli~~e Department and the Safety-Service Director shall enforce and carry out the requirements of this Ordinance. (2} Permittee Liable for F.~cpense above Deposit. `T}~~e Perrnittec shall be liable for any expense, damages, or costs excess of deposited amounts or securities, and the Director of Law shad prosecute an action against the permittee i:n a court of competent jurisdiction for the recovery of such excessive amounts. (3} Original Premises Left Unsafe.
