Remove the building f~-o?r the <br />City streets after four days of such occupancy, unless an <br />extension is granted by the Safety-Service Director. <br />(6} Comply with Governing Law. Comply with the Building <br />Code, the Fire Zane, the Zoning Ordinance and all other <br />applicable ordinances and laws upon relocating the building ire <br />the City. <br />(7} Pay. Expense of Officer. Pay the expense of a traffic <br />officer ordered by the Building Inspector to accomparr~x tl~e <br />mo~re~ment of the building to protect the public from ir3jury , <br />(£3} Clear Old Premises. Remove all rubbish and materials <br />and fill. all excavations to existing grade at the original i~uildin <br />site so that the premises are left in a safe .and sanitaryx condition. <br />(9} Remove Service Connection . See that the sewer line is <br />plugged with a concrete stopper, the water shut off, and the rr~ete=r <br />returned to the City Water office. 1'er-mittee shall n.c,tif~,~ ~ rke c~as <br />and electric service companies to remove their services. <br />Section 8; Enforcement. <br />(1} Enforcing Officers. The Building Comrrissoner, the Poli~~e <br />Department and the Safety-Service Director shall enforce and <br />carry out the requirements of this Ordinance. <br />(2} Permittee Liable for F.~cpense above Deposit. `T}~~e Perrnittec <br />shall be liable for any expense, damages, or costs excess of <br />deposited amounts or securities, and the Director of Law shad <br />prosecute an action against the permittee i:n a court of competent <br />jurisdiction for the recovery of such excessive amounts. <br />(3} Original Premises Left Unsafe. The .City shall procea~ci to <br />dothe work necessary to .leaving the original premises in a. safe <br />and sanitary conditiar., where permittee does not •~~~mply with the <br />requirements of this Ordinance, and the cost thereof shall k~e <br />charged against the General Deposit. <br />
