That the Traffic Control Map {C;odified Ordinance <br />No. 305.01} be amended to designate that vehicular traffic may travel in a <br />southerly direction only on Burns Road from Butternut Ridge Road to Midvale <br />Avenue between the hours of 7:00 A. M, o'clock and 8:00 A, M. o'cloc3c and in <br />a northerly direction only on Burns Road from Midvale Avenue to Butternut Ridge <br />Road between the hours of 3;30 P.?JI, c>'cloek to 4:30 P. M. o'cic}ck. <br />Section 4. That the Traffic Control File (Codified Ordinance <br />No. 305.02? be amended to record the prohibition of vehicular traffic travelling <br />northerly on Burns Road from Midvale Avenue to .Butternut Ridge R.aad between the <br />hours of 7:Q0 A. M, o'clock to 8:0'0 A. M, o'clock and southerly on Burns Raad <br />from Butternut Ridge Road tc~ Midvale ~`fedue between the hours of 3:30 P. M. <br />o'clock and 4:30 P. M. o'clock. <br />Section 5. That there is hereby established Section 311.08` <br />entitled One Way Traffic Roadway of the Traffic Code of the City of North C7lmsted. <br />~~ <br />Wren authorized signs are posted designating a street as a One way Traffic <br />Roadway'' it is prohibited to travel that roadway so designated contrary to the <br />established direction as posted. <br />Section 5. That a certified. copy of this Ordinance be delivered to <br />the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section 7 . That this .Ordinance is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary far the preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the± existance of the <br />necessity to alleviate a traffic c+andition which exists within the City of North <br />Olmsted and which requires immediate regulation; WHEREFORE; this C3rdriance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
