<br />AN ORDINANCE A~II.HORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION
<br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. ~ ~'J-' ~--'r-
<br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR S}~.'E:. CONTRUCTION
<br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
<br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the
<br />City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to thf Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North
<br />Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Section l: That Che Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby
<br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 through 19; inclusive
<br />assessments i n fu 1 1 for, - . ,. -: .`' ~~ti<_
<br />Section 2: That the Directur of Finance of the City of North Olmsted
<br />IS hereby authorized and directed io receive payment in advance on such
<br />assessments for the period 19J through 19;;_, inclusive, amounting to
<br />sj ~L,~;', on said parcel.
<br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward
<br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Guyahoga County, Ohio.
<br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an
<br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health
<br />and welfare of the City of North Olm,tec, and such emergency exists by virtue
<br />of the necessity of cancelling the ;?cc.ial assessments on Permanent Parcel
<br />No. _--~?-1J0 for .._~ .c, ~ ~-.~;.,, ,
<br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately
<br />from and after its passage, other~.ise, at tF;e earliest period allowed by iaw.
