E5-,'7 <br />By: <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUR(,'HASE BY TH E <br />CITY OF THREE GRAVES ZN LOT NO. 101 IN BUTTERNUT <br />RIDGE CEMETERY FF;OM :~7ARGARET LYNDES, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERG ENC Y, <br />WHEREAS, it has been directed to the attention of the Director <br />of Public Service and Public Safety that Margaret Lyndes, residing at <br />33224 Bagie.y Road, North Ridgeville, Oh;c, desires to sell Craves 3, 4, <br />and 5 in Lot No. 101 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery, an•. t}iat paid Margaret <br />Lyndes would like to convey said lot tc~ the City for tht- mum of $10.U(} <br />per grave or a total of $30,00. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council. >t the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Servir~e and Public <br />Safety is hereby authorized and directed to purchase from Margaret <br />Lyndes graves 3, 4, and 5 in Lot No. 101 in Butternut Ridge Cemetery <br />for the sum of $10.00 per grave or a total. of $30,00 f`or all tt~r.ee <br />graves, <br />Section 2: WHEREFORE, this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure and such energency exists by virtue of the <br />desire of the City to obtain title to three graves in Butternut- Ridge <br />Cemetery thereby permitting the resale of the same to those qualifying <br />for use of said cemetery. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this resolution shall take immediate <br />effect from the after its passage, otherwise at the earliest. period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />ATTEST : <br />Margaret T.
