~ ~ <br />,. <br />v <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 65- ~''I <br />• <br />Page 2 <br />Parcel No. 3: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga <br />and State of Ohio and known as being a part of Original Dover! <br />Township Lot No. 7, and bounded described as follows: <br />Beginning in the center of Lorain Road, (formerly Coe <br />Ridge Road) at its intersection with the West line of parcel of <br />land conveyed by Margaret Cowley, Widow, and others, to Elisabeth <br />Geiss, by deed dated October 31, 1919 and recorded in Volume <br />2299, Page 212 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 020 27' <br />West 965.09 feet to the Southerly lino of said Original Lot; <br />thence Weat along said Southerly line, 141.55 feet; thence <br />Northerly 883 feet to a point 166.64 feet Southwesterly from <br />the place of beginning, measured along the center line of Lorain <br />Road; thence Northeasterly along said center line of Lorain Road, <br />166.64 feet to the place of beginning, and containing 3 Acres <br />of land, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal <br />highways. <br />From its present designation thereon of said land as Retail <br />Business General to Class "A" Hi-Rise District ~ Residential) <br />Section 2: That the actual amendment be made on <br />the offic~a Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted to reflect <br />the change set forth in Section 1 herein. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take <br />effect anc~~6'+e ~circe at the earliest date permitted by <br />Article IV - Section 12 of the Charter of the City of North <br />Olmsted. <br />rst rea ng <br />econ rea ng <br />~ r reaming r ~- <br />ranc s J. 0 Ne Pies ent o' <br />Council <br />PASSED : - C1~^y~+Rrr~r~ /M~ <br />ATTEST: <br />argaret T.
