`"- ~ CITY OF` NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65-r~---q- BY AN ORDII~IANCE TO AMEND SECTION 517.05 OF` THE NORTH OLMSTED GENERAL OFFENSES CODE; ENTITLED, "NOTICE TO CUT WEEDS, CONSTRUCT, REPAIR OR CLEAN SIDEWALKS; ABATE NUISANCES, " AND TO ENACT NEW ~~ SECTION 517. 055, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is to the hest interest of the City of North Olmsted that the General Offenses Code be reviewed to eliminate any conflicts with the provisions of the State ZJniforxx-< General Offenses Code. NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT ORDAINED by the Council of tle City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 517. U5 of the North Olmsted G~-ner~ ~.
