OLMSTEI3 <br />ORDINANCE NO. ~~- <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING FOR DEDICATION <br />WEST 230th STREET OF WHICH 568, 25 FEET IS <br />IN I,EELAND SUBDIVISION NO. 3 RECORDED IN <br />VOLUME 165, PAGE 35, AND THE REMAINDER OF <br />WHICH IS FROM A POINT 568.25 FEET SOUTH OF <br />ALEXANDER ROAD, SOUTH TO A POINT WHICH IS <br />2 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTI-~ RLY BOUNDARY <br />LINE OF THE WELSH SUBDIVISION. <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to Council that all <br />of the improvements shown on the improvement plans of the Welah Sub- <br />divison previously approved by this Council have been completed in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications shown thereon. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That this Council does hereby accept for dedicaticsn <br />West 230th Street of which 568.25 feet is in Zeeland Subdivision Ata. 3 <br />recorded in Volume 165 Page 35 and the remainder of which is from a <br />point 568.25 feet south. of Alexander Road, south to a point which is 2 feet <br />north of the Southerly boundery line of Welsh Subdivision. <br />Section 2: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take effect <br />and be in force at the earliest date permitted by Article IV, Section 12 <br />of the Charter of the City of North Olmsted. <br /> <br /> <br />Francis J.
