CITY OF NORTH OLM5TED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6 5- l d 7 <br />BY <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR COTTONWOOD TRAIL SUBDiVI5ION, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, THE Planning Commission has heretofore reviewed <br />and approved proposed improvement plans for the Cottonwood Trail Subdivision <br />and the Engineer has advised this Council that said plans meet the requirements <br />of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Council of North Olmsted does hereby <br />approve the improvement plans for Cottonwood Trail Subdivision., and finds <br />that said plans meet the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of <br />the City of North Olmsted. <br />Section L: That this resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the public peace, safety and welfare by <br />virtue of the immediate necessity of approving the within improvement plans <br />so that the orderly development ~f the City may proceed as rapidly as possible; <br />WHEREFORE, this resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately <br />upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
