CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65-_~~_ <br />BY _ <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR <br />OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE <br />FOR BIDS FOR TWO AUTOMOBILES FOR THE POLICE <br />DEPARTMENT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGE1dCY. <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends that the Police <br />Department be furnished two additional automobiles, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that the Police <br />Department is in need of two additional automobiles. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for two automobiles <br />for the Police Department according to the specifications now on file in his <br />office. <br />Section Z: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the Public peace, <br />welfare, and safety of this City since the Police Department is in immediate <br />need of the two additional automobiles. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law . <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
