OVAL AND OTHER STREETS HEREIN DESIGNATED, itND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. BE IT ORDAINED by the Cou:~cil of the City of North Olmsted, Cuyaho~ County, Ohio: Section 1. '"hat it is hereby determined to proceed with the construction of eight-inch sanitary sewers with Necessary appurtenances in the following streets within the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to-wit: 1. Sunset Oval from Columbia Road westerly approximately 1340 feet, and thence southerly and then easterly and northerly around Sunset Oval for a distance of approximately 1250 feet. 2. Revere Drive from a point approximately 1?5 feet south of Butternut Ridge Road, thence southerly 1360 Peet. Z. I-=ompton Drive from Revere Drive westerly approximately 248 feet. 4. Gleuster Drive from Revere Drive westerly approximately 248 feet. ;. I~apleh~:rst Road from d;estiawn Drive southerly approximately 121Q feet tv a point 70 feet north of the south corporation line of the City of North Olmsted. 6. Westlawn Drive from McKenzie Road westerly to Maplehurst Road. ?. Oak:?ale Drive from McKenzie Road westerly to Maplehurst Road. 8. Holly Drive from the intersection of Westlawn Drive and Maplehurst Road westerly approximately 1460 feet to Cypress Drive. 9. Cypress Drive from a paint approximately 50 feet north of the south corporation line of the City of North Olmsted, hence northerly approximately 1.475 feet to a point approximately lO0 feet north of the center line of Holly Drive. lU. Elder Drive from Maplehurst Road westerly approximately 1155 feet to a point approximately 1~5 feet east of Cypress Drive. 11. Magnolia Drive from Maplehujrst Road westerly to Cypress Drive. 12.
