WHEREAS, Council has determined tl~a.t it is to the best interest of the City of North Olmsted that the Traffic Gode be reviewed to eliminate any conflicts with provisions of the Sta^c i;niform Traffic ::3ct. NQW, THFREF'ORF', BE IT ORDATNE;D by the Council of the City of North Olmsted. State of Ohio: Section l: That Section 339.09 (a) of the North Olmsted.
