,. CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65- /~~_ • AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 331.01 . OF THE NORTH OLMSTED TRAFFIC CODE, ENTITLED "DRIVING UPON RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAY; EXCEPTIONS" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is to the best ir~tere ~t of the City of North Olmsted that the Traffic Code be reviewed tc eliminate an~r conflicts with provisions of the State Uniform Traffic Act. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Oity of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That Section 331.01 of the North Olms~ed Traffii: Code, reading as follows: "331 , Ol DRIVING UPON RIGHT SIDE OF ROADWAY'; EXCIaPT?C.~l~~<. Upon all roadways of sufficient width, a vehicle shall be driven upon the right half of the readway, except as follows: (a) When overtaking and passing another vehicle pra~ceedirag in the same direction, or when. makinc; a left t~irn under the ru:tes governing such movements; (b) When the right half of a roadway is closed to traffics (c) When driving upon a roadway divided iota three c:~r more marked lanes for.- traffic under G2~e rules appl~.c;ai}l.u thereon; (d) W?~en driving upon a roadway designated a.nd poste~~. with signs far one-way traffic; (e) V1~hen otherwise directed by a police officer or traffic control device .
