CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDNANCE NO. 65 a /~ <br />ar_ <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 331, 1S <br />OF THE NORTH OLMSTED TRAFFIC CODE, <br />ENTITLED, "RIGHT OF WAY WITHIN AN INTER- <br />SECTION WHEN TURNIAIG LEFT. '° AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that it is to the best <br />interei~t of the City of North Olmsted that the Traffic Code be reviewed to <br />eliminate any conflicts with pro~risions of the State Uniform Traffic Act, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED icy the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That Sertian 331.15 of the North Olmsted Traffic <br />Code, reading as follows: <br />"331.15 RIGHT {~'t=` WAY WITHIN AN INTERSECTION WHEN <br />TURNING DEFT. <br />The operator- of vehicle within an intersection intending <br />to turn to t~ze le , ;hall yield the right of way to any vehicle <br />approaching fror e opposite direction. " <br />(ORC 411 . ~:? ord. 613. Passed 7-7-42.) <br />be and the same is hereby amende~ ' o read as follows: <br />331 , 15 RIGHT C; "WAX WHEN TURNING LEFT. <br />The operator of ~~ ~. hide intending to turn to the left shall. <br />at all times yield the right of way any vehicle approaching from the opposite <br />direction.
