OS of the North Olmsted Traffic: Code , r~tdixsg a s follows "335.08 STOPPING AFTER ACCIDENI° OR COLLISION. In case of accident to or collision with persons or property upon any of the public roads ar highways , due to the driving or operation thereon of any motor vehicle, the person so driving or operating such motor vehicle, having knowledge of such accident or collision, shall stop and, upon request of the person injured or any other person, shall give such person his name and address and, if he is rAot the owner, 'the name and address of the owner of such motor vehicle, together with tl~e registered number of such molar vehicle. (ORC 4549,02} For the purpose of this section , a motor vehicle shall include every device fn, upon or by whit:~ any person or property is or may be transported or drawn f.~l~on the public highway, including therein ~rithout prejudice to the generality thereof, motor coaches, (Ords. 613.
