~~ <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. ~OS 'i:3b <br />~` <br />1Y ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORItiNG ANO DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 23i-10-4 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION Of A <br />SANITARY SEWER LATERAL ~D D EC L11R I NG AN EMERGENCY . <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />Clty of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, Country Side Est. of 23629 Carriage Lane <br />have paid the sum of $ 104.26 in payrnFnt of said special assassroents, in advarx~{, <br />for the tax years 19 65 through ly 84 inclusive, together with accrued lnter,~t <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-10-4 in the City of Norti~ <br />Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />©lmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hsryby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 65 through 19 84 inclusive <br />assessments in full for, Construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />assessments for the period t9 65 through 19 84 , inclusive, amounting to <br />~ 104.26 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to fQrwerd <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />® Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue <br />of tha necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />No. 231-10-4 for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />• <br />Section 5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately <br />from and after its passayE, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />i <br />PASSED; ~ ~~ ~ ~ S ~ S~ t <br />{ ~ 1 <br />Presiddnt o Council <br />ATTEST: ~ ~ ~ ~~ T E ~ <br />C~` `'~/' <br />Margaret T.
