During the emergency it shall be unlavvf'ul for any person to park, ar cause to be parked. or permit to be parked or permit to remain parked, or to abandon ar to leave unattended, any vehicle of any kind ox description upon such specified streets; provided, however, that vehicles may be parked for a period of not longer than three minutes for actual loading or unloading of passengers or thirty minutes for actual loading or unloading of property; provided, further, that no other ordinance restricting parking as to piece or time is violated thereby. 351. 15 Penalt . Any motor vehicle parked in violation of thi• prohibition may be impounded in accordance with the provisions of Section 303.06 of the Codified Ordinances of the City oro ded,Ofurthe~ at the cost and expense of the owner thereof; p that in the event that the Director of Public Safety authorizes additional emergency equipment to be used, the fees to be charged for towing and storage by said authorized agents ahall conform to the fees as assessed by the City of North Olrnated far the same service. In addition to the foregoing penalty, any person violating the provisions of these sections shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined for the first offense not less than fifteen dollars ($15.00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) end for each subsequent offense during the same winter season -~.c4t less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than fifty ~,.lars ($50.00) or imprisoned not less than ten days or both, rl «° more than thirty days or both.
