County Corrtmissioners anal <br />the Council of the City of North Olmsted have now arrived at an agreement <br />as to the services to be provided. the controls t.o be established. the charges <br />to be imposed and everything necessary- for the City of Nort}~ Olmsted t.o <br />provide sewer services to Olmsted Township residents, <br />NOW, THEREFO:REA BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />t_~ity of North Olmsted, State of Ohic: <br />Section 1: That thN Council of the City> of North Olmsted having <br />rs~ s~ssikRan~~ <br />been advised of the terms of t}7encontract between the City and the Cuyahoga <br />Board of County Commissioners for the furnishing of sewer services to the <br />residents of the area of Olmsted Township as established by the map made a. <br />part of the~nc:ontract. and each member further being furnished a copy of said <br />contract and. }laving read same hereby approves sa..id contract, for the furnishing <br />of sewer services and authorizes the Mayor of the City of 'North Olmsted tc> <br />execute on behalf of the City the contract and approve all the terms embodied <br />therein. <br />Section 2: 'T'hat this Resolution is herebv determined to be are. <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the pt_iblic health, <br />safety and vrelfare, such emergency existing by virtue of the immediate <br />need to start and continue sewer construction in the area 3 Sewer District <br />for health purposes, WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall be in full force <br />and effect from and immediately after its passage and appro4al by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ ,~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Francis S.
