CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 - <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY, THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS <br />SANDY RIDGE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />y WHEREAS, the plat of Sandy Ridge Subdivision has heretofore <br />been filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to <br />Council; and that said plat contains 101 sublots and 6 streets , to wit: <br />Duane Road, Leenders Lane , Driscoll Lane , Carsten Lane , Catan Place, <br />Ross Circle and in addition thereto that part of Dover Road which abuts the <br />entire length of said Subdivision being a strip 10 feet wide and approximately <br />107 feet in length; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer <br />as being in conformance with the resolutions and ordinances of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by Council of the. City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised of the <br />'approval of the Planning Commission of the plat of Sandy Ridge Subdivision, <br />and having been advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements <br />of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves <br />said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public welfare, <br />peace, health and safety of the City by virtue of the necessity of giving <br />immediate approval to said plat in order that the development of the City may <br />proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as possible. WHEREFORE, this <br />resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~ / 6 1~ <br />Francis J.
