CITY OF NORTH OLMS"TED <br />RESOLUTION N0. 65-60 <br /> <br />By Mr. Man ani <br />• RESOLUTION APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, <br />GREAT NORTHERN BOt)LF'VARD DEDICATION N0. 2 , and <br />declaring an emergency. <br />WHEREAS, the plat of Great Northern Boulevard <br />Dedication No. 2 has heretofore been filed with the Planning <br />Commission and by it approved and referred to Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City <br />Engineer as being in conformance to the resolutions and ordinances <br />of this City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of <br />the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That this Council having been advised <br />of the approval by the Planning Commission of the plat of Great <br />Northern Boulevard Dedication No. 2 and having been advised by <br />the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the ordinances <br />and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted, hereby approves <br />said plat, for record purposes only. <br />Section 2: That this resolution is determined <br />to be ~p.e~Y measure neFessary for the preservation of the <br />public welfare, peace, health and safety of the City by virtue <br />of the necessity of giving immediate approval to said plat in <br />order that the development of the City may proceed in an orderly <br />manner as rapidly as possible. WHEREFORE, this resolution shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, other- <br />wise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~!~` <br /> <br />Francis J.
