(js S <br />dY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING ANO DIRECTING THE CAMCElU1T1ON <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 332-27-$2 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARAT 1 ON OF PL,At~ AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEVERS, AND DECi:ARIN6 AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans end specifications for sanitary sewers, <br />WHEREAS, Richard N. Kenney of 4530 Selhurst Road <br />have paid the sum of ~ 73,50 in payment of said special assessw»nts, in <br />advance, for the tax years Ig 65 through 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcei No. 232-27_$2 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br /> <br />l~W, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the CJ ty of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and ha is 1»raby <br />suthorited and directed to cancel for the years i9 65 through 1979, inctuslva <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North 01ae;tad <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such aa3~s~MAts <br />for the period 19 65 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to 5 73.50 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of f1~1o. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, hN1th <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcei 1~. 232-27-52 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5: WhereFore, this <br />and after its passage, otherwisel, at <br />PASSED: G~'~' ~'(~ b ~ <br />A EST: <br />~, <br />Margaret T. est , Clerk of Council <br />APPROVED: <br />Rslph Christman, Player <br />Ordinance shall take effect immediately frtra, <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />r <br />Francis .!.
