CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 -__ ~'~ ~ <br />BY ~~ <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, 63-163, <br />ENACTED JULY 16, 1963, AND ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION <br />APPROVING, FOR RECORD PURPOSES ONLY, PIN OAK <br />SUBDIVISION, PROPOSED, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 64-1801 ENACTED <br />SEPTEMBER 1 , 1964 , AND ENTITLED, °°A RESOLUTION <br />REC~UESTING TIDE STATE OF OHIO, DEPARTMENT OF HIGHW <br />TO PERMIT RE-LOCATION OF THE PRESENT ACCESS POINT <br />OF BROOKPARK ROAD (A LIMITED ACCESS STATE HIGHWAY) <br />FROM THE INTERSECTION OF FLEHARTY AND SAID HIGHWAY <br />TO A POINT 708.74 FEET EAST (THE CENTER LINE OF PIN <br />OAK DRIVE, PROPOSED)" AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, <br />'JVriEREAS, RESOLUTION NO. 63-163, approved for record purpose: <br />only Pin Oak Subdivision and stated therein that said Subdivision contained <br />one street, to wit: Pin Oak Lane, and <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 64-180 , and all Resolutions as amended <br />referred to Pin Oak Lane as to Pin Oak Drive, proposed, and <br />WHEREAS, it is now the intention of Council that the aforesaid <br />Pin Oak Lane also known as Pin Oak Drive be now changed to Great Northern <br />Boulevard, proposed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That all reference to Pin Oak Lane in Resolution <br />No. 63-163 be amended to read Great Northern Boulevard. <br />Section L: That all reference in Resolution No. 64-180 <br />and all Resolutions amended by Resolution Nc. 64-180 referring to Pin Oak <br />Drive be hereby amended to change the name of Pin Oak Drive to GREAT <br />NORTHERN BOULEVARD. <br />Section 3: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be <br />an emergency meas«re ~ ec~ssary for the preservation of the public welfare, <br />peace, health and safet~,~ o~ tt,e City of North Olmsted by virtue of the necessity <br />of correcting the street name to correspond with that of the recorded plat in order <br />that the developm~r,t of the CitT;~ may proceed in an orderly manner as rapidly as <br />possible; WHEREI'ORE, this re~o!;.;t~on shall. take effective and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage: :~t`~s=rve~ise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />*:s S ~ D: ~. /G <br />rrancis r n'^?N:].1 Presi~::?ent of Cour.~~ii <br />ATTI" ~T: <br />r -' r 1. ;-', _ . f '~: <br />___._ <br />,? t, i ~ ~, <br />
