•` .t CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65 -35 BY HodQins AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONE MAP ADOPTED AS PART OF THE ORDINANCE NO, 62-33 (KNOWN AS THE ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED~ BY CHANGING THE DESI NATION THEREON OF CERTAIN LANDS ON THE NORTH DE OF DELMERE DRIVE FROM ITS PRESENT DESIGNATION EREON AS A CLaASS " C" SINGLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT TO A TWO (2) FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT. ,' BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1: That the official Zone Map of the City of North Olmsted adopted as part of Ordinance No. 62-33 (known as the Zoning Code of the City of North Olmsted) be amended by changing the designation thereon of the parcel of land described by metes and bounds as follows: Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and known as being part of the Original Dover Township Lots No. 29 and 30 and further described as follows: Parcel No. 1 Beginning at the most Northwesterly corner of Sub Lot No. S in Rose Tree Subdivision Number 1 as recorded in Volume 187, Page S8 on June 26, 1963 in the Cuyahoga County Map Records; Thence, North 0° 08' S9" East along the Easterly line of the siad Rose Tree Subdivision No. 1 a distance of 79.28 feet to a point; Thence, North 89° 31° S4" East a distance of 254.15 feet to a point; Thence, South 0° 25' 40" East a distance of 79.46 feet to a point, said point being the most Northeasterly corner of Sub Lot No. 2 as recorded in the said Rose Tree Subdi- vision No. 1; Thence, South 80°..34' 20" West along the Northerly lines of Sub Lot Nos . 2 , 3 , 4 and 5 , as recorded in the said Rose Tree Subdivision Number 1 as distance of 254.95 feet to the place of beginning.
