That there be appropriated from the FIREMEN'S <br />RELIEF AND PENSION FUND ...........................$10,000.00 <br />Section 14. That there be appropriated from the SHERWOOD <br />SEWER FUND ........................................$1,000.00 <br />Section.l5:••That.there•be•appropriated from the STREET <br />OPENING FUND.. $ 1,000.00 <br />Section 16. That the Clerk of Council shall immediately forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section l7. That Ordinance #65 - 1, enacted January 5, 1965 <br />is repealed by this ordinance effective the date that this ordinance <br />is enacted. <br />Section 18. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; Provided that no <br />warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons employed <br />by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided further, that <br />the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon approval of <br />two thirds vote of Council for items of expenses constituting a legal obligation <br />against the City and for purposes other than those covered by the other <br />specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 19. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, in that it relates to the public health, safety and welfare, and to the <br />usual daily operation of the several municipal departments of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and shall take effect and be in force from and after its <br />passage. <br />PASSED ~ I °~I Co S' <br />Francis J.
