CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />BY~~~ '''-' ~-- ---- <br />RESOLUTION NO. 65 - ~~i <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />i SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR <br />i TWO (2) 55 PASSENGER BUSES FOR USE BY THE NORTH <br />OLMSTED MUNICIPAL BUS LINES, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />NO'JV, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />C ty of North Olmsted State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Director of Public Service and Public <br />Safety be and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for two (2) <br />55 passenger buses in accordance with plans and specifications now on file <br />in his office. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessan,~ for the public peace , safety , health and <br />welfare and shall take effect acid be in force immediately upon its passage <br />and approval by the mayor, otherwise , at the earliest period allowed by law . <br />PASSED:~_:~ -~ <br />ATTEST: <br />Francis J .
