CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 65 - ~ .~ BY_le~ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SANITARY SEWAGE RATES FOR RESIDENTS OF NORTH PARK ESTATES SUBDIVISION NO. 1 , AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, the developer of North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1 has completed a sanitary sewage treatment plant (hereinafter referred to as the North Park Estates Sewage Treatment Plant) to serve the residents of said subdivision; and WHEREAS, such plant has been turned over to the City of North Olmsted for management , operation and maintenance , all in accordance with the requirements of the ordinances and resolutions of the City of North Olmsted and the regulations of the State of Ohio; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that rates be established for the use of such facility; and W'cIEREAS, the City Engineer has reported to this Council his estimates of the cost of management, maintenance and operation thereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section l: That there is hereby established a schedule of rates and charges for the use of the sewage system, including collection and treat- ment of sewage of all lots, lands or premises served by or having a connection with the sanitary sewage system within the North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1: (a} $7.50 connection charge for each lot, parcel of land or premises within the North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1 or any other lot, parcel of land or premises having a connection with the North Park Estates Subdivision No. 1 Sewage Treatment Plant.
