CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 65-~~ <br />BY ~.-i.,.,,,,,, <br />AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 2284, ENACTED <br />APRIL 3, 1956 (Chapter 709, Sections 709.01 and 709.99 <br />M OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTEDI <br />ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE TO REQUIRE A PERMIT FOR THE <br />SALE, TRANSPORTATION OR I~STRIBUTION OF ANY MILK, <br />CREAM OR FLUID MILK PRODUCTS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, the above Ordinance No. 2284 was passed by <br />Council under the above date, and <br />WHEREAS, Council has now determined that said Ordinance <br />is no longer necessary in as much as it is a duplication of services ptvvided for <br />by the Cuyahoga County District Board of Health, and <br />WHEREAS, Council now wishes to repeal said Ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the <br />City of North Olmsted, State of Otb: <br />Section 1: That ordinance No. 2284, enacted April 3, <br />1956 (Chapter 709 Sections 709.OI and 709.991 be and is hereby repealed. <br />Section 2: This ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health, safety and welfare of the City in that various milk suppliers are <br />presently applying for renewal of existing permits. <br />Section 3: WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take <br />immediate effect from and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period <br />allowed by law . <br />PASSED: b.S"_ <br />Francis J.
