CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66- 3 a <br />BY ~` ~ <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FOR RECORD PURPOSES <br />ONLY SHERWOOD DRIVE EXTENSION, AND DECLARING <br />AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the plat of the Sherwood Drive Extension has heretofore been <br />filed with the Planning Commission and by it approved and referred to Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Sherwood Drive Extension contains no sublots and <br />one street, to-wit; Sherwood Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, said plat has been approved by the City Engineer as being <br />in conformance to the resolutions and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. . <br />• <br /> <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the C.,ouncil of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio; <br />Section l: That this Council having been advised of the approval of <br />the Planning Commission of the plat of Sherwood Drive Extension and having been <br />advised by the City Engineer that it meets the requirements of the resolutions <br />and ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, he reby approves, for record purposes <br />only, said plat. <br />Section 2: That this Resolution is hereby determined to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, <br />peace and welfare of the City, by virtue of the immediate necessity of approving <br />the within plat sa that the orderly development of the City may proceed as rapidly <br />as possible. WHEREFORE, this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: , ~., b <br />ATTEST; <br /> <br />Margaret T.
