CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />RESOLUTION NO. 66- 3 17 <br />BY ~V V <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC <br />SERVICE AND PUBLIC SAFETY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS <br />FOR AN EMERGENCY GENERATOR FOR THE DOVER CENTER <br />LIFT STATION, AND DECLAP.ING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Committee recommends the purchase of an <br />emergency generator for the Dover Center Lift Station; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that the Dcxrer Center Lift Station <br />is in need of a new emergency generator. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />• Section 1: That the Director of Public; Service and Public Safety be <br />and he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for a new emergency generator <br />for the Dover Center Lift Station, to be according to specifications now on file <br />in his office. <br />• Section ~: That this Resolution is hereby devlared to be an .emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City, by virtue of the fact that the purchase of an emergency <br />generator is necessary for the orderly development of the City. WHEREFORE, this <br />Resolution shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, <br />otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law» <br />PASSED: ` d <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
