CITY of NORTH oLMSxED <br />ORDINANCE NO . 66- J 1 ~j <br />Dy: ~ _ C~+ <br /> <br />AN ORDINAtICB AUTHORIZIIR: THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A <br />CONTRACT WIT~t TIE GEN$RAL HEALTH DISTRICT OF CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY FOR TlIE YEAR 1+67, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmmsted, State <br />of Ohio:. <br />Section 1: That the Mayor be and he is hereby authorised to <br />execute a contract with the General Health District of Cuyahoga County <br />providing for the furnishing to the City of North Olmsted of health <br />services including all necessary medical, nursing, sanitary, laboratory <br />and such other health services as are required by the statutes of the <br />State of Ohio. Said contract further provides that payment for such <br />services shall be made by directing the Auditor of Cuyahoga County to <br />place to the credit of the District Health Ptiind of Cuyahoga County a total <br />sum of $15,555.00 and authorizing him to deduct said sum in equal ease-a~m~tl <br />installments of $7,777.50 frog the regular tax settlement to be made for the <br />City of North Olmsted for the year 1967. The contract to be in full force <br />and effect from January 1, 1967 to and including December 31, 1967. <br />Section 2: T'hltt @EtEa„Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />eserget-dy measure necessary for the public peace, health, safety and welfare <br />of the City by virtue of the necessity of executing said contract in titre <br />• so that the approval of the State Director of Health can be obtained prior <br />to December 31, 1966; WIiEREFORE, this ordinance shall take effect and be <br />in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise at the earliest period <br />allowed by law. <br />PASSED ~6 ~_ <br />ATTEST <br />Margaret T.
