CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO < 65 - ~ i~ <br />BY _____ <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE MINIMUM STANDARDS <br />FOR RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOLS AS ESTABLISHED <br />BY THE NATIONAL SWf MMING POOL INSTITUTE <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Building Code Appeals has studied and <br />recommended adoption of the Minimum Standards for Residential Swimming <br />Pools as established by the National Swimming Pool Institute; and <br />WHEREAS, Council has determined that it would be to the best <br />interests of the citizens of North Olmsted that the Minimum Standards for <br />Residential Swimming Pools as established by the National Swimming <br />Pool Institute be adopted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City <br />of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Minimum Standards for Residential Switnminq <br />Pools as established by the National Swimming Pool Institute be adopted as <br />the Swimming Paol Ordinance for the City of North pirnsted, applicable to <br />residential swimming pools .
