<br />VYHEREA,S, the City of North ciimsted is desirous of providing sanitary
<br />sewer facilities to the area an both sides of Bove°~ Center Road, t':anterk~ury mac;
<br />and bounded by the Northerly municipal boundary; ar~d
<br />WHEREAS, a plan has been adopted try furnish the sanitary sewer
<br />facilities to the area aforementioned, which plan requires *he acceptance of
<br />deeds and easements by the City of lv'GCth Olmsted; a!'i:i
<br />W~iERE~S, the deeds sad easements necessary ~:c: build the afc~resaci
<br />sanitary sewer facilities wz?1 irkcl~.~de easement; from ~,P "~i~5rth `~irnsted l~oa;^d cif
<br />Education, deeds and easements from the Blossom Land ~~~:>rpoz°atior, and deedu anal

<br />WHEREAS, tine City c,f I~iorth ljlmsted hay heret~~fnrP entered into az~
<br />agreement between Blossom Land C~orprjration and the Boazd °~f Ed~aration of the
<br />f.~ty of North Olm~rted with respect to said sanitary sewerage fa~° ~ lines .
<br />NOW, T"FIEREFORE, BE IT C'RDATNr~,~ by t~,e Council of the City t~f North
<br />Olmsted, State of Ohio:
<br />Sectiar 1. That the mayor be and he is hereby auth~ari2ed to accept
<br />any and all deeds and~'`or easements and is furttzer authorized tea ext~cute all
<br />necessary documents arising taut of the building ref the T..if} Station. ~knawn as the
<br />Dover Center mad Lift Station) and the force :main and cxra;.~~.*y ~:,sin, all part of
<br />the Dover Center 1~oad evverac~e prc;ect.
<br />Section 2: That the Mayer is further azzthorized that in addition. *,o
<br />accepting deeds and easements conveying title to such premises as necessary
<br />to effect the sanitary se~~erege facilities as he*etaforie c.'escril?ed, to file them.
