CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORI3INANGE NO. 66- ~'. ,x <br />BY <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY <br />OF NJ RTH OLMSTED TO ACCEPT A PERPETUAL EASE?VI£NT <br />FROM THE DEVELOPERS OF NORTH PARK ESTATES <br />SUBI~VISION NO. 2 AS SET FORTH IN A PLAT Tn BE FILED <br />WITH THE COUNTY RECORDER, SAID EASEMENT PEING <br />GRANTED FOR THE PURPOSE OI` CC.3!VSTRUCTING THEREt~N <br />SIDEWALK'S ON THE CUL- DE-SAG OF AN DORA DRIVE AND <br />GARDENIA DICIVE, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />WHEREAS, the c~velopers of North Park Estates Subdivision No. 2 <br />wish to construc± sidewalks on the Andora Drive and Gardenia Drive Gul-De-Sac; <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is desirous of having sidewalks <br />installed in this area; and <br />• WHEItEAaS, Council has determined that the easement granted to the <br />City of North Olmsted is necessary before they will permit the constructian of <br />sidewalks in this area . <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North 03msted, State of Ohio: <br />Suction l.: That the Mayor of the City of North Olmsted is hereby <br />authc~ized by the Council of the City of 'forth C°7lmsted to accept a perpetual <br />easement from. the developers of North Park Estates Subdivi si~.~n Na. 2 to be used <br />for the construction of sidewalks on the Cul-De--Sac of Andorra r..hive and <br />Gardenia Drive . <br />Section 2: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the preservation cif the public peace, health, safety and <br />welfare of the City by vir*_ue o#. the necessity ref the orderly development o£ the <br />City.
