FOR <br />THE CITY OF MORTH OLMSTED, OH 10, FOR THE YEAR <br />ENDiN6 DECEMNER 31, 1966, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY. <br />SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CAUNCiI OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTfD, STATE OF OHIO: <br />Section 1. That to provide for current expenses and other <br />axpaeditures of the said City, of North Olmsted during the year ailing <br />Dec~ni!-er 31, 1966, the following sums be and they are hereby set aside <br />end appropriated as follows: <br />Section 2. That there be appropriated from the G~ERAi. Fes: <br />GEfIERAI. FUND <br /> <br /> <br />i <br />City portion of Improvements...........$8,000 <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Cowxil shall immediately forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 4. That the City Finance Director is hereby authorized <br />to draw his warrants on the City Treasury far ~ymants from any of the foregoing <br />appr~riations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />apprvvad by the Board of Officers authorized by law to appsove sane, or a+n <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the ercpenditures; prrnrid+ad that no <br />warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons e,+loyed <br />by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance.
