N0, 231-$-3 <br />BE1NG AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION 01' PLANa ANl~ <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance. <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications fo!- sanitary sewers, <br />WIiEREAS, Mary Walsh of Alexander Road <br />have paid tine sum of $ 13.00 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years 19 67th rough 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent. Parcel No. 231-$-3 <br />in the City of Northy0imsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section to That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 1g 67 through 19799 inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Glmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 19 67 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 13.00 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the .Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />{ ~ and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231-g_3 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for'sanitary sewers. <br />Section ,5: Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: ~+rr)__~ ~i <br />A EST: - \i 1 ~ _ <br />~~ ~ ,L,K„ , ~" _,,.. <br />Margaret T pWe~? t:erk of Council , President of <br />~gu(ic i 1 PRo TE~"~ <br />Ralph E~ Christman, Mayor <br />r: <br />
