N0. 2 7-l l -b~E? <br />lIE1N& AN ik9-3ESSl~1lINT FOR COt~TRUCTION QF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATEItJtL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WMER, special assessments have been certified by th• Finance Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, The owner of 3839 Cia+g~re Read <br />hav• paid the sum of $ l,Op$~OOin payment of said special assessments, to advar-ca, <br />for the tax years 19 67 through 194, inclusive, together with accrusd interest <br />levied ther~n against Permanent Parcel No. X37-1i-(~O in the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, SE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohto; <br />• Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />suthorixed and directed to cancel for the years 19 ~~ through ig84, inclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />® Section 2. That the Director of Finance of the City of i+b rth Olmstact <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such asses~ta~rnts <br />for the period 19 67 through 19$4, inclusive, amount to $ 1~008.~p on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3. That the Clark of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be en ' <br />a~ser~cy measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, haelth snd <br />S welfare of the City of i+brth Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />na~essity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 237_i1-~O <br />for the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Sec t ton S.
