N0. 235-12-77 <br />BEING AN A5SESSMimNT I`OR PRCPARATiON OF Pt4:nl5 AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS fOR SAtviTAR`~ zwC~RS, FEND DEt~LARcNG AN <br />EMERGENCYa <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been cErtifded by the Finance <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, t.o the Auditor of Cuyahoga Eounty <br />for the preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers.. <br />® WHEREAS, Doris Morley of 5662 Porter Road <br />have paid the sum of $ 53.82 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance, for the tax years lg 67thr•ough 1979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent. Parcel No. 235-12-77 <br />in the City of North Olmsted„ <br />NOW, THEREFORE., BE IT ORDAINED by the Co~~„c i 1 of ti-ic: City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohioo <br />Section l; That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County bE and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 67thro~~gfi 1979y inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />. is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 19 67 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 53.82 or. <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3o That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of` Cuyahoga County, State of Ohior <br />Section 4~ Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of t~,~: publ+c pEace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such em~rger~cy cxFsts by virrtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments ors Perma.,cnr Parcel No. 235-12-77 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Sectior• 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect imrr;ediataly from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law., <br />PASS E'.D: ~ ~,.,( I <br />ATTEST: <br />_ ~ ~ ~`~ <br />Margaret T 'West„.
