<br />preventing the Police and Fire Departments of the City of North Olmsted
<br />from efficiently carrvinQ out. their duties; and

<br />be caused to exist has prevented the Service Department: from cleaning

<br />of North Olmsted far the protection of the residents of ahe City of
<br />North Olmsted and in order to facilitate the cleaning of a.nd ren~.oval
<br />of snow within all intersections by the Service Department that stop-
<br />ping, standing ur parkiri~; be prohibited within 3S0 fee'~_ of all. inter-
<br />sections wherever a left turn lane exists or wall be r.au~c~d *o exist,
