ELY OF NOR?H OLMSTED RESOLUTION NO. 64 _~,~~ 9Y A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT OF THE COLUMBIA LAND I~VBLOPMENT COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION NO. 1 AND NO. 3, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, on March 20, 1962, Council has heretofore approved for recording purposes the Columbia Land Development Company's Subdivision No. 1 and same was recorded on May 31, 1962 in Volume 184 Page 66-67 of the Cuyahoga County Recx~ds , and • WHEREAS, on March 20, 1962, Council heretofore approved for recording purposes the Columbia Land Development Company's Subdivision Ko. 3 and same was recorded on May 31, 1162 in Volume 184 Fage 70 of the Cuyahoga County Records, and WHEREAS, said Subdivision No. 1 contained three streets, to w1t: Randall Drive , Arlington Lane and Westview Drive , and WHEREAS, said Randall Drive did not contain a turn around as required by the Planning Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, said Subdivision No. 3 contained three streets, ~:~ to wit: Westview Drive, Linda Drive and Lamont Drive, and WHEREAS, Lt~a Drive did not contain a turn around as required by the Planning Ordinances of the City of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, the Columbia Land Development Company now wishes to dedicate its lands for Great Northern Boulevard (proposed} and in orclsr to sfl must decrease the len~jth ~b~f the aforesaid Randall Drive and Linda Drive and place thereon a turn around, and WHEfIEAS, Council is desirous of having .the land dedicated ` for Great Northern Boulevard, and REAS, the dedication of Great North Boulevard is bene- ficial to the City~~lNo:th Olmsted and its citizens .
