ti <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. 66 - <br />• <br /> <br />G <br />Page 2 . <br />Section 3. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to <br />draw his warrants on the City Treasury for payments from any of the foregoing <br />appropriations upon receiving proper certificates and vouchers therefor, <br />approved by the Board of Officers authorized by law to approve same, or an <br />Ordinance or Resolution of Council to make the expenditures; provided that <br />no warrants shall be drawn or paid for salaries or wages except to persons <br />employed by authority of and in accordance with law or ordinance. Provided <br />further, that the appropriations for contingencies can only be expended upon <br />approval of two-thirds vote of Council for items of expense constituting a <br />legal obligation against the City and for purposes other than those covered <br />by the specific appropriations herein made. <br />Section 4. That tha Clerk of Council shall i~mnediately forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 5. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure, in that it relates to the public health, safety and welfare, and to <br />the usual daily operation of the several municipal departments of the City of <br />North Olmsted, and shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />PASSED: ~ ~ ~~'" <br />ATTEST: <br />Margaret T.
