CITY OF NORTH OLl>7STED <br />ORDINANCE N0, (v ~ ~ 3~ <br />BY - ° ~~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0, X37_20_7 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PREPARATION OF PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR SANITARY SEWERS, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGENCY, <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Finance. <br />Director of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County <br />for the preparation of~plans and specifications for sanitar°y sewers, <br />WHEREAS, the owner of 4404 Georgette Ave. <br />have paid the sum of $ 89,96 in payment of said special assessments, in <br />advance for the tax years 19 67through )979, inclusive, together with <br />accrued interest levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 237-20-7 <br />in the City of North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of <br />North Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section l: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County bE and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 67 through 1979, inclusive <br />assessments in full for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary <br />sewers. <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payments in advance on such assessments• <br />for the period 19 67 through 1979, inclusive, amounting to $ 89,96 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3; That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward an <br />attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio. <br />Section 4; Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />and welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of <br />the necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 237_20_7 <br />for preparation of plans and specifications for sanitary sewers. <br />Section 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediately from <br />and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law, <br />PASSED: eZ.O, ~~ <br />AT EST: <br />'~ <br />Margaret T.
