G ~~ ~ .`~ `~ <br />r` ~, ,`i <br />dY ~ 1. ~.~ <br />,- <br />AN ORDINANCE UTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CANCELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 235-i1-29 ~ 30 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR PAVING <br />AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified by the Auditor of the <br />irity of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of paving <br />WHEREAS, Geo. Rechner ~ Sons, Inc, of 5477 Decker Road <br />have paid the sum of ~ 130.20n payment of said special assessments, in advane; , <br />felt the tax years 19 67 through 19 68 inclusive, together with accrued inte-ri1 <br />lenried thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 235-11-29 ~ 30 in the City of gorffh <br />plmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1: That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hatNi-y <br />eluthorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 67 through 196$ intlutlvi <br />~ISSessments in full for, paving <br />Section 2: That the Director of Finance of the City of North Oimst~ <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such <br />iSs®sfinents for the period 19 67 through 19 613 inclusive, amounting to <br />>~ 130.20 on said parcel. <br />Section 3: That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forwetMd <br />are attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4: Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />MMrgency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health <br />dnd welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtues <br />of thsnecessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel <br />t11o. 235-1 1-29 6 30 for paving <br />Section 5; Wherefore, this Ordinance shall take effect immediatMly <br />trom and after its passage, otherwise, at the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: <br />Francis J.
