CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE N0. LG -22, <br />~,~ <br />BY ~~ <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE C~ICELLATION <br />OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS ON PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 231-3-39 <br />BEING AN ASSESSMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A SANITARY <br />SEWER LATERAL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. <br />WHEREAS, special assessments have been certified b <br />y the Finance Director <br />of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />WHEREAS, James 8 Mary,Polk of 23029 LeBern <br />have paid the sum of ~ 563.04 in payment of said special assessments, in advance; <br />for the tax years 19 67 through 1984, inclusive, together with accrued interest <br />levied thereon against Permanent Parcel No. 231-3-39 in the City of <br />North Olmsted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North <br />Olmsted, State of Ohio: <br />Section 1. That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the years 19 b7 through 1984, inclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Finance of the City of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to receive payment in advance on such assessments <br />for the period 19 67 through 1984, inclusive, amount to $ 563.04 on <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3. That the Clerk of Council is hereby directed to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare pf the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessity of cancelling the special assessments on Permanent Parcel No. 231-3-39 <br />for the construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 5.
