That the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby <br />authorized and directed to cancel for the yF,a*~s 19 67 through 1984, inclusive <br />assessments in full for construction of a sanitary sewer lateral. <br />Section 2. That the Director of Finance of the Cir_y of North Olmsted <br />is hereby authorized and directed to re^eive Fayrrent in advancF on such assessments <br />for the period 19 67 thrc~gh 1884, ir:clasivQ, amount to S 469.08 ors <br />said parcel. <br />Section 3, That the Clerk of Council 'ss h~:reby direr:r:-d to forward <br />an attested copy of this Ordinance to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 4. Wherefore, this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and <br />welfare of the City of North Olmsted, and such emergency exists by virtue of the <br />necessity of cancelling the special assessments or, Permanent Parcel No. 231_$_26 <br />far the construction of a sanitary sewer late:cal. <br />Section 5.
